Harlan Moore did a wonderful job explaining not only how the team would encapsulate our crawlspace, but how they would do it as well. He efficiently explained all the payment options and ensured we selected the one that best fit our needs. Corey Church and his team (Tyrese Ware, Devon Plater and Gavin Grigsby) were the best. They kept me updated on the process from start to finish and I was confident I was in good hands. They found our resident black snake in the crawlspace and Corey came to the door to ask what I wanted him to do with her - and wouldn’t even show her to me until he was certain I was okay with putting eyes on her. They were thorough, and really took their time inspecting not only the bathroom where the work was to done, but the adjoining laundry, sunroom, and walk-in closet, explaining how mold starts, thrives, how to prevent it and what to look out for. Everything was explained clearly and all communication was very prompt. They did an outstanding job, far exceeding the time estimate, and remaning true to the quote. The mudding that needed to be removed was far more than anticipated or ordinarily applied. Truly, a Herculean task! Mr. Vierheller's son led the small crew and his attitude was the kind I seek in friends - it's got to get done and we're going to do it. The guy's got chops! This company is awesome.
