He arrived on schedule and completed the job quickly. Everything looks great.

The provider removed the original sidewalk of concrete and bricks. The debris was taken to the landfill and disposed of and cost $453 to do so. All of that was done exactly as was expected. The new sidewalk was installed. There are stones and some concrete to secure them. That is still in progress, and we did go ahead and paid the full amount of the invoices. We thought that he was going to come back and finish smoothing the surface out. It needs more filler or concrete between the stones, because is is currently an unstable and uneven surface. We had a verbal agreement with the owner of the company about adding a few extra stones right in front of the porch. He stated he would come back and fix that when he finished the concrete on the sidewalk. We told the owner of the company that we were not in any hurry, because we realized he was very busy. Having said that, it is now almost September, and it is still not finished. My husband has tried to reach out to him a number of times but there has been no response. We just want it to be finished and safe to walk on. It is getting close to the holidays, and we are concerned for my aging father to come visit. He does not walk well, and it would be very unsafe for him to walk on the sidewalk as it currently is.

The owner installed a chain-link fence on my property, said he could do it like a professional and it was the worst job ever, it was completely unsafe, aesthetically wrong and the cost of it came out to be 3200 dollars and now I have hired a professional fence company to come and redo it properly for half the cost. I was so upset. The thought of giving this company anymore of my money, lets just say they are not mowing my lawn anymore.

I will be using Abel for all my domestic home needs from hereon because hes very fair on his pricing / no delays in communications but most of all because I feel safe with him as I am a widow and in todays times it's very important to me that I can feel comfortable having someone like him around.

Abel promptly replied & was at my door within an hour to provide me with an estimate. Great customer service skills! Only negative(s) were that when I sent an email to him with my decision to utilize their mowing services, I didn't receive a response & instead had to initiate a phone call a few days later. We then agreed upon a date for the 1st mow several days out, as my husband had just mowed the previous weekend. Four days prior to the agreed upon date, I received a text to notify me that the mowers were on their way to my house to mow. I was at work, so by the time I was able to respond, the job had already been completed (earlier than originally agreed upon). Northshore was incredibly apologetic for the date mixup, when I brought it to their attention. They offered to comp the 1st mow & assured me that it wouldn't happen again. We have since agreed upon a date for the next mowing to occur & all is well & back on track. They did an amazing job & in spite of the "rough start", I would recommend Northshore Care to others without hesitation! And, thank you Abel for responding to my initial inquiry. You are ALL greatly appreciated!
