SWS installed drain piped the length of the house, dug a basin with a sump pump, dehumidifier and laid a vapor barrier. Everyone wants to install but not do repairs when a valve breaks or head needs replaced or there is a leak - seems to be a real shortage in the Hickory region of people who will do irrigation repairs.
