"He received the notice early on Saturday morning and called within an hour. He was at my house to get the estimate done an hour after that. We agreed to have the install done the following Friday to give him time to get the permits done. He and his son we exactly on time and the price was actually lower than I anticipated. A totally professional job. This guy is on my list for my next electrical job."

"I waited all day the following Friday, with no visit--or call. Several weeks later I called again, and was told the younger Dvorak would be back in touch with me right away, which never happened. I've since found someone else to do the work.
My sister was very happy with Quest, and the Dvoraks are very friendly and their fees reasonable, but their communications and response times needs some improvement. That shouldn't be too much to expect in this age of instant communications, and busy lives.
