"Vinnie called within 5 minutes of booking the appointment to confirm the date and time. Once he heard my concerns he asked if he could come in 20 mins. He showed up on time and fixed my AC with minimal cost (didn't charge for the emergency trip either) where others lied and said I would need a brand new unit!!! Vinnie knows his job!!!
