"They are very professional and honest! We had water intrusion into basement from wall during recent heavy rain storm. I contacted Falcone (they were on recommended service provider list of our subdivision) and Sharese got back to me very quickly. Communication was very smooth and professional as she scheduled me for an inspection. The technician Walter was friendly and did a professional inspection, after which he determined that the issue is the gutters dumping water on the ground by the basement. He didn't recommend any work be done in the basement. I truly appreciated his professionalism and honesty. If I ever have issues with the basement, I will call Falcone in a heartbeat! Thank you!"

"I’ll give Mr John Evans of Evans Landwork 5 star review and more if I could. He did an excellent job on my driveway that had washout from all the rain we’ve had. He redid my entire driveway. Reworking the side ditch’s plus installed a drain pipe on the first day by himself. Working from about 9am to 7pm without stopping for lunch. Came back the next day packed everything in and then spread gravel. I was very impressed with his work ethic. Would definitely hire Evans Landwork again. He does very good work. C Webster"

"Our septic alarm went off a week or so ago and we ignored it (hoping it would miraculously reset or something as we knew it meant expense and we are seniors on a fixed income). We started getting a stink in the back yard around the septic and the toliets weren't flushing right so I called them about 1 pm today and they said they would be out within the hour and they were. My husband went out and watched as they worked. When they opened the tank to pump it, it was literally ready to start backing up into the house! We won't ignore an alarm again. They told us about how it generally backs up to the washing machine first and then to sinks, showers, tubs, etc. and that they had just had a lady that had that happen and threw away her washer because she couldn't get the smell out. We knew we were blessed to have avoided a very costly mess. They were fast, efficient and very friendly. I had paid nearly $500 to another company simply to replace my septic pump five years ago with no pumping of the tank. When Affordable removed it, it was a plastic pump which they informed us doesn't hold up very well. It was dead. After they pumped the tank and confirmed that the pump needed to be replaced, they had to make a trip to the supply house to get a new pump and return and install it. They were back and had the job wrapped up before 4:00 PM. It wasn't cheap, but was comparable to what projected costs were on Angie's List with this kind of project. They will definitely be the first guys we will call if we ever have issues again. We highly recommend Affordable Septic!!! Thanks guys!"

Performed tests to replicate and confirm the problems I stated and snaked the upstairs drain through the shower to clear the obstruction. His pricing is on the higher side curve for these services although we were very satisfied with the service provided. I would recommend and refer Tim Campbell to others."

"I have used Pro Plumbing for years, and their quality has remained top-notch (some companies start out with stellar quality and service, but degrade over time). Today, I needed several things done (unclogging a slow drain, painting the fitting on a propane line, and fixing a leaky outside faucet), and Josh came out to perform all of the work (I sprung the final job on him last minute, and he was very professional and courteous - telling me that he had the necessary parts on his truck to do the work right then). Pro Plumbing practices up-front pricing, so after inspecting the areas where the work needed to be done, Josh was able to provide me with an itemized cost list, such that I could see exactly what I would be paying for each task (which allowed me the flexibility to choose whether or not I wanted to complete everything that day). Josh was very knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing as he went along - making sure that everything was working as expected once he had completed each job. He also inspected everything after he had tuned the water back on - to ensure proper water flow to all faucets. As a bonus, he even showed me where to find the backflow valve for my irrigation system.
