When confronted about his lies, and unsafe work, gets all upset and disappears. Don't give this guy a dime until job is complete and inspected. Triangle Renovations IncI had been putting off replacing the old greenhouse glass that had frosted figuring total cost would exceed $10K. Mark Dailey and company, Triangle Renovations, got the job done under $4K. I love my house again. The new walkway is gorgeous. Custom garden gates and new fencing - awesome. Porch Conversion of CharlottePorch Conversions did a fantastic job exceeding my expectations. The main purpose for purchasing the windows is to keep the the pollen out during the early Spring. The product works perfectly as a pollen barrier. It is yellow outside but I can breathy nicely on our porch. In addition, the sliding panes move up and down easily so that the outdoor screens are exposed allowing for nice cross airflow on the porch. The sun is bright here on the lake so the lightly tinted vinyl windows help to soften the sun and make for a very pleasant environment. We love the work quality and professionalism of the installers. The company owner is also very easy to work with and everything that was discussed during the sales presentation was 100% accurate. I trust these guys. I highly recommend Porch Conversions. Porch Conversion of CharlotteThe sales meeting was low pressure and informative. The workmen showed up on time and were very mindful of how they unloaded the windows and tools. The prep work was done by one team and the window installation by another...coordinated and timely. Weather was a factor, and the job was done in the cold of winter. The clean up of the work site - our home and front yard - was first-rate. Nothing was left behind, no trash or debris. Handyman XpressI couldn't afford to close in my entire sun room/porch and decided to do one wall at a time. Mr. Snyder assured me that this wasn't a silly thing to do and that lots of other people did the same thing. He worked with me on keeping costs down and returned unused lumber for credit. I used my Lowe's credit card for the materials because of the 5% discount which saved a lot. When he picked up the materials I gave Lowe's my credit card information over the phone. He and Mike worked very hard with few breaks and I couldn't ask for a better job at any cost. Can't wait to get the rest of it done even if "wall by wall".- Linda Y.

Locklear Construction & Home ImprovementsWe are so pleased with how our sun porch turned out. Our sun porch had some very old walls and planking that needed to be removed, and rebuilt due to their age. Locklear Construction gave us suggestions on what materials to use to help keep with the character and charm of the house (as it is an older home), and would stand up to the harsh weather of the Outer Banks. This work also required residing the outside of the sun porch area and patio areas as well with new red cedar shingles. In addition, we also had 2 old windows in our patio area that needed to be replaced as well. Everything that was done exceeded our expectations on every level, and we would absolutely use Locklear Construction again for any remodeling jobs, and would highly recommend them! Friends that have seen the sun porch and patio have also complimented on how nice it turned out!- Mike D.

I payed 2,000.00 up front he said it would be 2 to 3 weeks this was in nov. 2 2020 , no call or show , i call them 6 weeks later i ask for a update ,they said they were still waiting on the siding , waited 2 more weeks still nothing so I call back again and ask for a update but time i told them i was going to the BBB and all of a sudden they calling me and telling me they are still waiting on the siding at this point I told them I wanted my money back ,so now they said it will be here next week guess what its next week and still no siding , so i want my money back of we can go to court because i don't trust them to do a good job or they will over charge me now so angie's list what are you going to do about this , it is unacceptable to take your money and then they forget about you , its going on 3 months now i can do it myself faster than they can do it or i can wait until Jesus comes back either way it would be faster than they can do it , so my advice is not to hire them they talk a good game but they cannot deliver
