"From the moment we inquired about services to job completion, we had a great experience working with Air Quality Concepts for our HVAC air duct and dryer vent cleaning. The owner Charles was incredibly prompt with communication and took the time to answer all our questions about the cleaning process prior to scheduling. We were so impressed by how personable, hard-working, thorough, and efficient our technicians Austin and Michael were when they cleaned our two HVAC systems. They were very attentive to the issues we have been having with our indoor air quality as we navigate mold remediation and health concerns. The company’s customer care was genuine and so appreciated, and the cost of services was very reasonable. We already feel more comfortable in our home knowing we are breathing cleaner air! "They were all very professional and friendly. They took pictures of the vent and I was able to see how bad it had gotten. They also suggested to change my dryer vent hose from the soft tin foil type to a more rigid flexible type and explained why it would be better. I did have them change it but I never felt pressured. I will definitely call them next time I need it cleaned!!!"

"I would highly recommend this business! Travis did an excellent job power washing/cleaning the front of our house (porch, including vinyl trim around windows,etc), sidewalk and our driveway! Our home looks like it was just built, and sidewalk and driveway both look good as new. We have a lot of trees around our home and had a lot of black build up on everything. This business was prompt to give me an estimate, came out the next morning and completed the job within a few hours and pricing was very reasonable. Thanks again to Travis and his workers!"
