They contacted me immediately and we set a date and time for a appointment to get a quote and then they never showed up or called. I took time off work to be home for the appointment and not only did they not show but they didn’t contact me at all to give a reason for not showing, that to me is a red flag I would not recommend this company to anyone

We reached out to ERS after a traumatizing house fire. They were amazingly professional, caring, prompt, and knowledgeable in every aspect of helping us with demolition to rebuild.
