"They were all very professional and friendly. They took pictures of the vent and I was able to see how bad it had gotten. They also suggested to change my dryer vent hose from the soft tin foil type to a more rigid flexible type and explained why it would be better. I did have them change it but I never felt pressured. I will definitely call them next time I need it cleaned!!!"

"Will has excellent customer service and is always on time he's good at communicating and letting me know what he finds on the rug if it's going to be an issue or anything especially since I have a pet.
