"Floor looks beautiful! Reliable installers, who accommodated every request. They showed up before 8 every day and worked hard to get this difficult job done as quickly as possible. We requested a Versailles pattern, and it looks gorgeous! They were even able to repair cracked tiles in 2 other bathrooms without damage to surrounding tiles. They use a system to level each tile with the adjacent tiles. Looks better in real life, because pictures are a little dark. Note that they don't replace the floor trim, touch up paint or re-install toilets. The quarter round part of our trim was difficult to remove without breaking because the seams were caulked. So the quarter round isn't back on yet and the paint hasn't yet been touched up in these pictures. But even with the toilet removal they added toilet water solidifying crystals (ie. Oatey LiquiLock) so water wouldn't spill. Thank you, Michael and team!"

Julio, Mario and their tile crew at Santi Hardwood Flooring did the excellent tile job for the first floor with Brazilian Montauk blue 24"x24" natural slate tile and two shower rooms of this new construction. Julio and his Santi Hardwood Flooring teams continue to work on the second floor with Hickory solid hardwood planks. "Sean at Rapt Homes came to my rescue after I purchased cabinets from Lowe’s and could not find anyone that would set them to the concrete floor and install them. Had I found him earlier I could have saved money by having him build my kitchen island. He did help me return some very expensive corbels to Lowe’s and even after paying them a restocking fee Sean saved me a lot of money by furnishing quality corbels at a much lower price and even found me a better price than Lowe’s on a granite countertop. Sean also re-designed the sloppy Lowe’s island layout to make my kitchen much more user friendly and efficient and dressed the island up with trim and a pullout trash and recycle bin not provided by Lowe’s and all at a better price. I also had him build cabinets for my laundry room and am very happy with the results, giving me much better storage options for laundry detergent and other laundry goods. Sean was professional, easy to work with and his cabinet skills are exceptional. I just wish I had found him sooner."
