This turned out to end in a real shame as the work that was originally done was excellent. After paying upfront $11k+ about a year ago last fall, Ricardo and the guys set about taking out the carpet and installing the new bamboo flooring. Everything was great and it looked wonderful for about 4 month. Then a series of gaps starting appearing in about 4 to five places in various places, mostly around door intersections. Here's where the real problems started. It took Ricardo a good while to respond to my messages -ok, I thought, the guys are busy, I can let it go. When Ricardo finally came around, he suggested we wait until after the summer of this year to see if the gaps closed on their own -ok, guess it made sense. Cut to September after finally getting a call back turns out the they need to order more bamboo and charge me for their new repair work -getting really ****** now- continuing to believing in their stellar rating and still inexperienced dealing with contractors, I grudgingly agreed -what else could I do, I thought. Again, weeks go by -no communication, no updates. Yet again, when I do get a hold of him I get assurances that they are on it. This has all been ridiculous and frankly insulting; not sure if they're having internal issues or just don't give a crap since they have my money. I'm going to start looking for other solutions to this now, hopefully this review will at least give someone pause during their contract negotiation.

Crew came to install laminate flooring. Half the crew left after the first 4 hours. The owner promised to complete the job in 4 hours, but the crew was in my house for 9.5 hours, late into the night cutting wood at 7:00 PM in the dark. The job was never finished and the they left appliances unassembled.

Jerry and his team at Triangle Floors did an outstanding job. I was particularly pleased with Jerry's responsive resolution of some final items.

Our experience with Triangle Floors, and Jerry Looker, did not go well. The price was right, and the references we checked seemed happy with their product. We were not happy with the installation and service given to us. Both the wood and tile installation teams were very messy. They put holes into our drywall in various locations (just after we had painted them), covered our home in ceramic tile dust that they didn't clean up, left wood glue all over the new floors, installed the bathroom tile and toilet crooked, left holes in the new wood floors made from the installation, and cut the vent register holes too big to be covered by our vent covers. We called them back to clean up and patch holes in the walls and floors. Upon our request, they reimbursed us for repainting costs and new floor vent registers that covered their big holes. However, the tile and toilet remain crooked in our bathroom because they won't return my calls.
