Danny and the Parks crew reinforced one wall of my basement that was buckling from hydrostatic pressure and installed their drain system outside of my home. While everything was torn up, I had them replace my driveway and front porch and walkway. They were great! We had a few delays due to the rain, but Danny kept me well-informed on the progress. Jody actually did a lot of the masonry work. He does great work! Although my yard did look like a war zone for a couple of weeks, they cleaned everything up and sowed new grass for us. My driveway turned out amazing. It’s the envy of my neighborhood and feels like butter when I drive across it. I have had zero water in my basement since they installed my system in May of this year. "The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
