"Ray Pest Control I started using Ray Pest Control on this house in 1993.  Inspection reports always negative for termites.   In about August I noticed  some "sinking "under one of the columns on my front porch. Had a termite inspection on 9/29/1920.  No termites. Figured it must be water damage. Had another quarterly inspection on 12/2/2020 and again got a clean bill of health. Started repair work on 12/6/2020. Lo and behold, TERMITES!! Called Ray Pest Control  right away!! Technician came out next day.  Yep, active termite infestation.   FOUR DAYS after clean bill of health!! Next day supervisor came out with contractor. Yep, termite infestation! It took 3 weeks to get response to my concerns. Answer was that my contract didn't cover repairs!  So I paid for 27 years of termite protection and detection only to have to point out termites to Ray Pest Control! Now I get to rebuild my entire front porch floor system because they didn't do what I paid them to do. I hope to get it done for less than $10,000.00 but I'm still getting quotes. And by the way damage was in an easily accessible place. But they sure found the mailbox when it was time to send the bill!!"
