Excellent. Andy was personable and knowledgeable. He did a thorough cleaning and inspection of the chimney. Then explained simply and plainly what he discovered.

Great service. These guys understand what service means. They called the day before to confirm, arrived on time, did a fabulous job of cleaning the chimney and installed a chimney cap.
We purchased our home about a year ago. Apparently, some migrating chimney swifts had been making our chimney home for some years (house had been vacant). Top to Bottom Chimney Service was able to remove all the droppings and put a cap on to deter future nesting.
One more thing - the house was left as clean as when they arrived. They covered the floor and kept their vacuum cleaner going so no soot or dirt was left behind!
