I understand that our service manager has discussed this with you and this was in fact one time when an individual employee did not properly follow up as he should have. I first and foremost want to personally apologize for this and can assure you that this is not the typical way in which our company operates, one that we will tolerate, or the type of service that is routinely delivered by our firm!
