McNeely Pest Control

Just cancelled service today. Have been a customer of McNeeley since 2014 and never experienced such terriible customer service until now. I don't know how BugOut expects to keep customers unless they are going for quantity to the point that it doesn't matter. Too much to even post here. Will find a local company who cares about their customers like McNeeley did instead.

Did great but need to come back out just to do the regular 30 day spray

The exterminator was very friendly. In addition to doing the routine spray, he brought to my attention a few wasps nests - one that was right outside the front door - and offered to take care of those for me as well. Overall very happy with the service received.

No squirrel in the attic anymore!!!

They were the only company that I contacted through Angie's List which got back to me. They arrived sooner than they estimated and completed the needed work quickly and efficiently. They explained what they were going to do. The two technicians were very personable and friendly. Would definetly hire again, if the need arose.

The process to find and eliminate the termites went very smooth, Highly recommended

A bird was removed from our vent and also its nest. We were so impressed with the service, the technician, the price, the promptness that we scheduled the same company to do insect control. The technician who did that was just as courteous as the one who removed the bird, just as prompt, and the price is just as fair. I would recommend them to anyone for either service.

It went very well no bed bugs. They were very clear on the procedure and very knowledgeable.

They did an excellent job for us. I was pleased with them. They came ahead of time and were done in less than an hour. They were efficient and timely.

The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and friendly. The tech that made the service call was prompt and took time to explain things to me. The mice problem was resolved with in a week.

I had a local infestation under a window. Wayne came within 24 h of my call, was very experienced and professional and handled the problem right then. He also inspected my whole house for any other infestation. I highly recommend him.

he was the 1st to respond and was available immediately. came back in the morning to follow-up and give me some tips. his cost includes any return visits for removal or repeat issue.

The first time was good. They set traps for mice and came back multiple times to remove the traps. They also installed new vents to prevent mice from getting in. But since then, their reliability has gone way down hill. We recently scheduled an appointment for a termite inspection and spray around the house, but they never showed up for the appointment, and they never called. We tried to call back to find out why and possibly reschedule, but the phone representative said that she didn't know why they didn't come but that someone would call us shortly (within the next 20 minutes). No one ever called. We called back the next day and she told us that someone would call us back again, but still no call back.

Was done quickly, professionally and they are gone. It was a nightmare to discover but they took care of us!
