"I’ve had difficulty finding someone to make repairs to my existing irrigation system. Everyone wants to install but not do repairs when a valve breaks or head needs replaced or there is a leak - seems to be a real shortage in the Hickory region of people who will do irrigation repairs. That was my problem until we found Austin with 828 Landscape. He is professional, a good communicator and is totally about finding the problem and fixing it. I almost hesitate to post this review because then he’ll get too busy to work on my system when I need him."

I have three major Accreditations : (1) NC Irrigation Contractor License # 1257 (2) Limited Restricted Plumber License # 32672 (3) Backflow Assembly Tester Certification # RWCT0740. Simply stated, this means that I am a full line service provider. I can install and service irrigation systems and permit, install and test backflow preventer assemblies. Customer service and customer satisfaction is paramount in my business and I always strive to meet, or exceed my customer's expectations. I have a unique process for installation, which is noninvasive and causes little damage to your existing lawn. I take great pride in my work and strive to provide high quality for both new installation & service work and water conservation is a key driver in design installation, to save my customers money.

Except for the area required to be open trenched for inspection by law, Pete’s method of laying the lines slices instead of trenches and so they were barely visible when done and gone in a few days. We really appreciate Pete’s knowledge of laws and rules and his diligence in following them. We wanted a system that met all ordinances and that’s what we got. Overall, Pete was extremely conscientious with a lot of care of our property, a project that was done right and he did a brilliant design. Plus, it’s beautiful when running."

All plants were guaranteed for one year per our contract, I reached out to Richard several times late last fall and we agreed to wait until spring to replace the dead plants. We provided him with alternate plants since he claims he was not able to get some of the ones we had chosen and to date I haven't heard from Richard. I feel my only recourse is to let people know he failed to live up to the contract and maybe small claims court. I would not recommend Floradays Landscapes for your landscaping projects. "
