He provided a competitive quote for the entire project and he offered to help me remove some branches off a tree in the front yard on the spot. He pruned the dead part of the tree and nicely stacked up the sticks and limb for the city to pick up. Very kind gentlemen and I plan to hire him again."

"The word for this company is EXCELLENT!! I called one morning and they were out the same day. I needed new outside lights installed and the word for the technicians is EXCELLENT! Christian Perry and Matt installed the lights and explained the process to me as they went. They went above and beyond, going 2 miles up the road with me to help choose the correct lights because I wanted to switch to automatic lights. They had to enlarge the present holes with a jigsaw to accommodate the new lights and installed them perfectly. these guys were personable, knowledgeable and downright awesome. They also did a safety check. I will definitely use Mr. Sparky again."

"Clive and Tracie were wonderful to work with! Nicest people you'll meet. Their team is very talented, polite and hard-working. We knew we wanted a patio and firepit but didn't have specific details in mind. In our initial meeting with Clive, he took the time to "interview" us to understand our tastes and needs. He put together a couple of designs that addressed all of our needs. Clive was very patient with us as we settled on the design that was right for us. Not only is the patio and fireplace beautiful, he included landscaping that provides shade and privacy, a dedicated space for our trampoline that balances our yard and lighting that looks fantastic at night. Clive goes the extra mile to please his customers. As the project was wrapping up, he called me from the nursery to ask what my wife's favorite color/ flower was so he could include them in the landscaping. Nice touch! I was pleasantly surprised when the job was complete, his team came out and pressure washed the back of the house near the area they worked. They also re-seeded the lawn on the path the heavy machinery traveled to the backyard. After the job was complete, I called Clive about one minor issue and he had his team came out the same day to make the correction. I would most definitely recommend Outdoor Artisan. It was a great experience. You may find cheaper, but not for this quality and level of service."

They did an excellent job so I called them again to sod an area due to "hard scape" work that was completed. I had heard Intrinity Landscaping had changed ownership and did have concerns. Mr Cochran, the new owner, is wonderful to work with and he and his crew more than met my expectations. Mr Cochran communicated, followed through, and did an excellent job. We used them for delivering and spreading approximately 74 cu yards of mulch as well as clearing out about 800 sq ft of monkey grass and brush overgrowth (by hand). The communication ahead of time and during the project were great. The cost estimate was slightly lower than other estimates, and I'm certain the service we received was far superior. The crew was very friendly (even a neighbor remarked on this). The completed project looks great. We would definitely contract with 4th Generation again."
