Great company, great customer service, great materials, and great quality of work! I thought it would be a pain to replace my roof but Guardian Exteriors made it super simple and got the job done within weeks.

It went great- my original problem was a leak. I contacted this company for a repair. On inspections it was determined that the leak was the result of storm damage. Josh, TJ, Will and Susan worked with my insurance company to obtain full payment less my deductible for the replacement. I now have a new roof for the cost of my deductible. I could not be happier. The repair wen exactly as the said it would. I recommend this company to anyone with a roof related issue.

From the initial roof inspection through post finish cleanup these guys are the best!! Josh and TJ explained the entire process from removal of the old roof and installation of the new one. Offered options for upgrades but absolutely no pressure to purchase them. Josh was excellent in helping with our insurance claim. Josh came out when the second insurance adjuster was here and showed him the issues he saw with the roof. The first adjuster stated we did not need a new roof. We called the insurance company after Josh inspected our roof. He submitted pictures to the insurance company. The insurance then sent the second adjuster. Josh and JT came out after to make sure the job was done well and cleanup was taken care of too. The crew showed up on time and took care of the job quickly. The crew was like a well-oiled machine. They all had a job to do. They did an excellent job. I would highly suggest that you talk with Josh and TJ if you are planning on getting your roof replaced.

I was very satisfied with working with this team, they made the process of replacing my hotels roof very easy, they came out multiple times to make and go over their plans, as any hiccups could put my business in a bind. The completed the job in the time frame that has given. They also went the extra mile and did not throw the old shingles and other items off the roof, but instead used a fork lift to lower the rubish which was a much safer option then what I've seen other roofers do. They had extra eyes on the ground throughout the process to make sure everything was running smoothly and that no one was in any danger , as the hotel was still open for business. In short I would definitely use them again, if the time ever came.

Very satisfied with the project from start to finish. The Guardian team is customer focused and addressed our concerns about potential damage to the yard, driveway and landscaping. They exceeded my expectations and did their best to ensure that everything was done in a timely and professional manner, including the material delivery and clean-up. Susan and Will did not over promise and the owner, Josh, was on site roofing day to ensure the work was being done to spec and install the cupola. I am very happy with their work and recommend them highly.

Josh communicated with us throughout the entire process. They took care around the landscaping and cleaned up when done. Although this was expensive, it took an entire day to repair and was a difficult one because of the location. I would recommend them.

Josh was professional, straight forward, courteous, and knowledgeable, from his initial free estimate through the job of repairing our roof damage and replacing the singles. They showed up ready to do the job, all the necessary stock for the job was delivered, old shingles were removed by well trained and safety minded craftsman, repaired damage to the roof and installed new shingles, with excellent workmanship, and cleanup after.

The service was fantastic. They were on the schedule and they make sure that before they accept the final payment all things are with my approval. They make sure I am happy with the service. The price was reasonable.

Excellent from the time the salesperson came to the house with all the right answers I was looking for to the time they left right after picking up every nail they could find. The crew was professional they respected my property they were efficient and as I watched , I am retired so I watched a lot you can tell the way the head crew guy would tell the workers what to do they were on the same page. In the end I believe not only did I have a job well done but I have warranty to back up the labor and the product.
