"The word for this company is EXCELLENT!! I called one morning and they were out the same day. I needed new outside lights installed and the word for the technicians is EXCELLENT! Christian Perry and Matt installed the lights and explained the process to me as they went. They went above and beyond, going 2 miles up the road with me to help choose the correct lights because I wanted to switch to automatic lights. They had to enlarge the present holes with a jigsaw to accommodate the new lights and installed them perfectly. these guys were personable, knowledgeable and downright awesome. "Clive and Tracie were wonderful to work with! Nicest people you'll meet. Their team is very talented, polite and hard-working. We knew we wanted a patio and firepit but didn't have specific details in mind. In our initial meeting with Clive, he took the time to "interview" us to understand our tastes and needs. He put together a couple of designs that addressed all of our needs. Clive was very patient with us as we settled on the design that was right for us. Not only is the patio and fireplace beautiful, he included landscaping that provides shade and privacy, a dedicated space for our trampoline that balances our yard and lighting that looks fantastic at night. Clive goes the extra mile to please his customers. As the project was wrapping up, he called me from the nursery to ask what my wife's favorite color/ flower was so he could include them in the landscaping. Nice touch! I was pleasantly surprised when the job was complete, his team came out and pressure washed the back of the house near the area they worked. They also re-seeded the lawn on the path the heavy machinery traveled to the backyard. After the job was complete, I called Clive about one minor issue and he had his team came out the same day to make the correction. I would most definitely recommend Outdoor Artisan. It was a great experience. You may find cheaper, but not for this quality and level of service."

They did an excellent job so I called them again to sod an area due to "hard scape" work that was completed. I had heard Intrinity Landscaping had changed ownership and did have concerns. Mr Cochran, the new owner, is wonderful to work with and he and his crew more than met my expectations. Mr Cochran communicated, followed through, and did an excellent job. "We were given Owen's name and number by a neighbor. We bought a new home with beautiful landscaping and being novices wanted to find someone who could advise us and help us to maintain it. He walked our entire property with us, answering questions about the various plantings we had and educated us on why some of our shrubs and trees were not thriving. He recommended bushes that would be better suited for our needs. We hired him to dig up and haul off the old and plant the new. We also asked him to prune everything that had become overgrown. He was knowledgeable and passionate about plants. He was personable and easy to talk to. "Bill and his team did a great job installing landscape lighting on the front of our house. They also fixed a drainage issue and planted a few bushes for us. Bill provided several recommendations on plants that are low maintenance, disease resistant, and would provide the look that we were aiming for. He is very knowledgeable and it's clear that he has a passion for landscaping. While this type of work can seem expensive, you truly get what you pay for."
