Calderon Construction & Remodeling

We hired Calderon for a large interior painting project. After getting several quotes and checking references and reviews, I chose them based on their competitive pricing. I was told the project would take 3?5 days. While the overall paint job looks decent, the project ended up taking 8.5 days. Most days, only two painters were on site, and one day there was just one. On day four, the crew didn?t arrive until nearly 1 p.m. After the initial walkthrough on day one, we never saw the supervisor again. There was no clear communication or project oversight, and we had to direct the workers ourselves about what was to be painted. On the final day, the team appeared to rush, resulting in paint splatter on doorknobs, hardwood floors, and kitchen tiles. I had no idea when the project would be completed until the very end. Additionally, the house was left covered in drywall dust, requiring significant cleanup. Due to the lack of communication, delays, and the cleanup required after they left

I hired this company to remove a popcorn ceiling and repaint. Couldn't be happier with results. Luis' crew did an outstanding job. our Kitchen/Greatroom area looks amazing.

I have hired this company twice. Once for painting and a second time for roof replacement. Both times I have been extremely happy. Luis is kind and considerate, shows up on time and has good workers that do a great job. Very happy with his work.

I am very disappointed. I got this company from Angiâ s list and what started well did not end well. I have possibly broken light fixtures and my laundry room was never repainted. I also never got the box of flooring that I asked for to have on hand. The owner made many promises to bring the flooring and come to fix the lights but so far it is broken promises. Here is a list of all that was wrong after the job was finished. Who paints doors, trim, crown molding and baseboards in flat ceiling paint? Especially when the job did not start that way. They started the job correctly, it was when they went upstairs they tried to cut corners. Hi Luis. I just want to let you know what all is not correct with the paint. The office/bedroom base boards, door frames and crown molding is all flat or ceiling paint. It should be semi gloss for door, door frames, baseboards and crown molding, then white paint with eg-shel finish for the walls. Same with entire upstairs. The crown molding, doors, door frames, baseboards and walls have been painted with flat or ceiling paint. It should be semi gloss paint on the doors, door frames, crown molding and baseboards with white paint with eg-shel finish on the walls. The stairwell wall also needs to be repainted with white paint with eg-shel finish as it is also flat or ceiling paint. The 9th and 10th step will need to be touched up along the wall with semi gloss white paint. The entire laundry room, door frame and baseboard were painted in flat or ceiling paint. That will also need to have semi gloss on the door, doorframe and baseboard then white paint with eg-shel finish on the walls. The baseboard shoes were also not painted. Where they were cut, you can see the raw wood. I am not sure what happened. They painted everything correctly in the other areas.

They got it done just did a poor job on the garage floor and they didn’t fix it they just gave me more garage floor paint to do the repairs myself.

Luis was very friendly throughout the process. He followed up and executed the work in a timely manner. Very professional.

There was some miscommunication about installing trim but we worked that out very quickly. They were very fast and did a good job of taking care of the floors and good clean up. My issue was the quality of the work. I mentioned to the owner that there were a few issues and he told me he would be in touch to correct them but I never heard from him again.

Luis was great to work with and they did outstanding work. Will definitely use their services again.

hire at your own peril ! Charged to much. No second coat. Outside painting the day before rain. Paint running down brick.. Left mess to be cleaned up. I need to hire someone else to redo painting. come by and see for yourself.
