He also installed four ceiling fans, took off a water closet door and put together two LED fireplace TV stands and a kitchen island and did a great job with those too. I'm having him back to install a garbage disposal, change out my builder grade dishwasher and build a ramp for my storage building. Very transparent on his fees and does excellent work.
