I was extremely happy as in NC without A/C in the middle of August doesn't go well with Menopause or animals and I had already been all weekend and these gentlemen not only went out of their way to get a part but also went out of their way to fix an unforeseen circumstance that was beyond anyone's control and got my unit back up and working in the same day. They also proved prices to me along the way and I couldn't have been happier. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Jeff was AWESOME. He arrived early, came in and got straight to work. Communication was great and fast. Got everything explained to us, took care of the job and checked a few other things. In and out in 45 minutes. Couldn't be happier, especially last minute on a Sunday evening. Very, very pleasant experience for our first call as new home owners.
