"Ducts were cleaned as we contracted for. When they finished the HVAC ducts they said they would do the dryer vent as a complimentary service. I told them I had recently cleaned it and they would probably not get much lint out of the vent. I was amazed at all they got out and it was at no additional charge."

"I had such a great experience with Indoor Mechanical. I had to get my AC unit replaced along with all new duct work. The price was very reasonable and the work was done on time. Alternatively, you can add air conditioning with a mini-split ductless air conditioning system, which can be just as energy efficient as a central air conditioner. This type of system consists of two units–an outside unit that holds the compressor and condenser and an indoor unit that holds an air-handler. With multi-zone ductless systems, there are multiple indoor air handlers tied to a single outdoor compressor/condenser, allowing the system to cool multiple rooms.

Yes, the furnace and AC use the same blower. The blower is located in the base of the furnace and pushes hot air out of the furnace and into the ducts. It also pushes cool air through the home when the air conditioning is on. Even though the furnace and air conditioning work independently of one another, the blower is an essential component for both systems.

Some of the signs of HVAC issues include rising energy bills, rooms not cooling or heating properly, loud noises when in operation, and signs of condensation. To illustrate, if you’re wondering how to stop condensation on air vents, you’ll need to have your HVAC inspected.
