My mind was made up when they came out for a site inspection and quote for mold removal/remediation and removal of the accursed popcorn ceiling Mr. Vierheller and his son were straight forward, personable and knew what they were talking about. They answered all of my questions and offered insights into related issues. They were thorough, and really took their time inspecting not only the bathroom where the work was to done, but the adjoining laundry, sunroom, and walk-in closet, explaining how mold starts, thrives, how to prevent it and what to look out for. Everything was explained clearly and all communication was very prompt. They did an outstanding job, far exceeding the time estimate, and remaning true to the quote. The mudding that needed to be removed was far more than anticipated or ordinarily applied. Truly, a Herculean task! Mr. Vierheller's son led the small crew and his attitude was the kind I seek in friends - it's got to get done and we're going to do it. The guy's got chops! This company is awesome. I can't recommend them highly enough."

"We had been without hot water for 3 days and because we had a Bradford model we had to go through one of their certified technicians. They were 5 hours late and told me I needed a new water heater. He did mention that if I searched locally that they might be able to install a new unit less expensively, which I appreciated. I searched a few local companies and decided to go with Doby’s because of the reviews on Angi’s list. Cassie was fantastic and although it was 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, knowing that we’d been without hot water for 3 days, she was able to schedule a technician to install a new unit that day. They arrived within 30 minutes, installed a new unit, were very pleasant and efficient. I will highly recommend Doby’s to others and will use Angi’s list for all my projects going forward."

So we left them a message too. Within 30 minutes we received a callback. They were sorry they couldn’t get to us that day, but put us on the schedule for the next day (today)! They called at 8am and were here shortly thereafter. The Service Techs were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We now have heat, and we were pleasantly surprised by how FAIR PRICED our bill was. The Tech told us they were out Christmas Eve and the Owner took the calls on Christmas Day.
