My mind was made up when they came out for a site inspection and quote for mold removal/remediation and removal of the accursed popcorn ceiling Mr. Vierheller and his son were straight forward, personable and knew what they were talking about. He did mention that if I searched locally that they might be able to install a new unit less expensively, which I appreciated. I searched a few local companies and decided to go with Doby’s because of the reviews on Angi’s list. Cassie was fantastic and although it was 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, knowing that we’d been without hot water for 3 days, she was able to schedule a technician to install a new unit that day. They arrived within 30 minutes, installed a new unit, were very pleasant and efficient. I will highly recommend Doby’s to others and will use Angi’s list for all my projects going forward."

"Came home from out of town for a week to NO HEAT in house. Immediately started making calls trying to find someone to make a service call. All we could do was leave messages. First person called us back couldn’t come out for until next week. We like to use local businesses, and remembered seeing the BUSTLE HEATING and COOLING truck parked at the house near where we live. So we left them a message too. Within 30 minutes we received a callback. They were sorry they couldn’t get to us that day, but put us on the schedule for the next day (today)! They called at 8am and were here shortly thereafter. The Service Techs were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We now have heat, and we were pleasantly surprised by how FAIR PRICED our bill was. The Tech told us they were out Christmas Eve and the Owner took the calls on Christmas Day.
