Our first encounter of Window Gang went perfect. They showed up on time and did a good job for a fair price.

Our second encounter never happened. Beginning in the fall we again scheduled them to clean the gutters. This appointment was cancelled by them (unbeknownst to us) because they stated they did not have a four-wheel drive vehicle and could not negotiate our driveway. This seemed an odd reason as they had previously been to our home and two wheel drive vehicles are there regularly.

We had no knowledge that they had cancelled until we noticed the work had not been done. After a phone call they assured me I was on the schedule.

The day of our next appointment came and went. We called and they assured us they would be the following day. They informed me that they had a large commercial account that was taking precedence.

The next day came and went and another call revealed that they cancelled due to poor weather. While the weather may have been poor in Boone, I worked outside at my home all that day. There was not a weather issue, in fact, it was a nice day.

A subsequent call and message last week went unanswered.

I can only assume that my home is too far from their office to make the trip productive but the lack of communication and disregard for appointments leaves me to believe that this franchise is not interested in my business. I only wish they had told me this in the beginning so as to avoid going this long without getting the job done.

In summary, if you can get them to your home the seem to do good work. Unfortunately communication and reliability seems to be an issue.
