Sean built us a beautiful garage on very difficult rocky terrain. He is very skilled at what he does.

DO NOT HIRE! Hired Sean to build a garage addition. Sean kept asking for money in advance as project slowly moved along, never completing most milestones he played out in his contract fully. He stated he ended additional money in advance for more Materials... Made the mistake of advancing him another $7500 he then proceeded to abandon the project 2 weeks later, never returning the money. We Reported him to the State contractors, licensing authority, hopefully he will not rip anyone else off!

Sean was very professional and thorough. He demolished an attached shed and a koi pond for us in addition to repairing rot on a porch and garage siding. Sean replaced several supporting porch posts and joists. He also showed up when he said he would and cleaned up as and hauled away all the debris.
