Best floor sanding pros near Davidson, NC

"Leo and his team were Amazing! They removed all of my old hardwood flooring, and installed New floors beautifully within a days time. Left the place spotless, with No hiccups. Would definitely hire Again, and recommend to all! Outstanding job. Thank you, Leo."

"Marcio owns and operates a very honest, thorough and detail-oriented business and does exactly what he says at exactly the times he said he would. Most important, for people doing home improvements, Marcio is extraordinarily responsive and proactive with his communication. Specifically, we bought a house in May 2021 and wanted to add matching hard wood (5â  white oak) to areas of the house that had carpet and refinish the existing hardwood. The existing floors had gaps between the boards and had bumps in certain areas as well. Marcio procured the wood in the middle of a nationwide lumber shortage, dropped it off to let it settle for a couple days and then came by to install it. He then sanded the floors to be perfectly level, filled in the gaps, showed us stain and polyurethane options set out for us on our actual floors and then completed the staining and two coats of poly. The floors looked unbelievable. He added the shoe molding around the base and cove molding under each tread on the stairs. His work was impeccable, his timing was perfect and his price was the best of all the quotes I had initially received. I highly recommend him and his business."

"In the many years that I worked with contractors in both the residential and commercial construction and renovation industry, I never worked with or for anyone more professional and courteous than Phane Flooring and Construction LLC. Steven refinished our hundred year old reclaimed oak flooring. He and his crew showed up to work exactly as he clearly explained to relocate our upstairs furniture to other rooms and protect our downstairs flooring as they moved their equipment upstairs. Their sanding and preparation was virtually dustless and their quality of and pride in their work was evident in how cleanly they sanded the corners and tight places. The finished floors were better than I thought possible with the old flooring. They completed the job right on schedule and did excellent work for a very competitive price. I highly recommended their work. Patrick H Salisbury, NC"

"Juan did a fantastic job!!"

"I just moved to this area and the movers destroyed my floors with my furniture. HWFR made my floors look brand spanking new! Very happy."

"Carlos deserves the highest rating that I could give him. I have worked with lots of tradesmen and he is defiantly the best I have ever worked with. If it were possible I would give him a 10 rating, and highly recommend him to everyone. Truly a treasure in this day and age when there are so many crooks out there , ready to take your money in exchange for doing poor work and the almighty dollar is the name of the game. NOT SO with Carlos. He is outstanding. Giving you a written quote, showing up on time, doing excellent work, wonderful clean up, respectful to all, and we plan to use his services over and over again as we remodel our home. I feel I have found a real treasure connecting with Carlos!"

"Would definitely hire them again .. a little on the pricey side"
