"Marcio Vaz, was the company I picked from 4 other companies I researched. He had the best price and best time line. We purchased a house and needed to move in pretty fast. We closed on the 14th and Marcio, starting ripping up old carpet in 4 bedrooms, hallway and stairs the same day. His team is fast. Then floor repair and prep to sand stain and poly. His team knocked out repairing the floor damaged from nails from the carpet. Then he had to work on the steps that originally had a stair lift that was bolted to the steps. lots of holes, nails, bolts to remove. Plus replace 2 odd shaped steps, You could not tell the steps were in such bad shape once Marcio was done. Great job. Got another project coming up soon and Best floors will be the team to do the job. Job time line 6 days."

"Maria and Chris are extremely professional and knowledgeable in all areas of remodeling but specifically hardwood flooring. Maria and Chris were easy to talk to and responded immediately to any and all questions and concerns! My husband and I just bought a new house to move into and the sellers had someone repair two areas in front of door that had water damage and it was a nightmare. The flooring had been ruined in my opinion. They left a big square patch basically that did not match other flooring. It was a different color, uneven height compared to rest of flooring and boards were not finger jointed properly. When Chris and Maria’s team of workers were finished it looked brand new! Love all the floors! They ripped up carpets laid new hardwood flooring in Master bedroom and it all looks amazing! The laminate flooring looks amazing too!
