The initial representative that I spoke to on the phone she was wonderful. I was referred to one of their contractors that could do the job. The job was done very well. Only complaint, I have was a gentleman that I had to speak to customer service quality. Very vague on his answers and at the very end when he asked for payment, I sent it to him. I told him thank you and he never responded back, rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Forget enough task you are good enough to say thank you after you have been paid. I paid $1000 to replace 20 Luxury, laminate panels. As I said, the job was done very well, but the gentleman could step it up on the way he communicates with the public.

Very Professional Company and Employees. Everything was explained in detail and the installation was complete in less than a day. Very Impressive!

Highly recommend Footprints Floors! Ini was extremely professional, patient, helpful, informative and most importantly did everything he could to work within our budget and time frame. We had 2 weeks to get everything done, had trouble finding an in-stock floor that was affordable but he was able to help us get a beautiful, affordable floor, handle some add on labor we needed and get the floors installed on time. The installers did a great job and I appreciated the time Ini spent after installation making sure it was all done perfectly. We are very happy with our experience.

Ini started to make a plan on how to approach my tear out and installation during the quote. They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything- including my kitchen cabinets. Love the floors. I am going to use Footprints for my owner's suite addition.

Everything went well overall. The only glitch we had was lack of communication on the transition strips in one of the bathrooms. We were not told we needed to provide them, so there was a delay involved until we were able to buy them. Another delay happened when our tile setter was pulled off our job and sent to another one. It was a bit inconvenient, but the work done was very good and we are happy with the contractor.
