"Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you had a negative experience with us. Our aim for our company is to always strive to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers. Unfortunately, the company you hired to re-sand your site-finished, unstained and unsealed hardwood flooring had also installed the flooring without sealing it with polyurethane to protect the exposed grain. Thus, leaving it vulnerable to damage, as there was ongoing work from trades entering the home. The floors should not have been sanded before other work was to be scheduled. When they came back after the tile job and determined that the 3? x 3? area was damaged more deeply by rings from a bucket, they should have recommended that the wood be replaced. This would have been a much less expensive solution rather than re-sanding the entire 2400 sqft area, as the damage was in a very small area, not 200 sqft. As a result, that company behaved very unprofessionally. Any legitimate company would have never left the floors vulnerable and susceptible to damage to begin with. It seems that we are being held responsible for not only the damage by our team, but other trades? mistakes. We are still offering to refund you the $300.00 that would have covered wood and installation of the unfinished hardwood in the small area that was damaged by our team."
"Thank you! You were a great customer to work with!"
