Our enclosure has a cable roof and the finished product looks like it’s always been part of the house. The three season room edition has given us the ability to enjoy our back deck which is something we couldn’t do when it was hot, cold, or raining. It is our favorite room of the house! "We chose Champion Windows to replace all windows ($30k). What a HUGE mistake. It took them over one year to finish. First, we were told windows would be here in 3 months. It took 4 months. Second - due to either incorrect measurements or incorrect manufacturing, it took them 5 separate orders to get it close to right. Third - each reorder got put back in as if we were new, meaning it took 3-4 months for each reorder to arrive. We should have been put at the top of the list. Not once did a manager reach out to us to apologize or discuss. In several of my calls to customer service I was told that Champion has weekly meetings to discuss their clients and how they can better themselves and was told that we were the topic of many discussions. HA ! What a joke. So far I have kept 4 neighbors looking for new windows from making the same mistake we did. I am hoping that my email to the HOA, which goes to every resident keeps them from choosing Champion. At no time during "
