My plumber was great although he needed to borrow my curb key which was more "robust" than his. The only negative was the cost.. For about no more than 15 to 20 minutes of work (not counting the trip back to his shop to get the correct valves) the price seemed quite high. Wrench off the old compression style valve and wrench on the new Quarter Turn style ones. I'll definitely price shop around next time. This may be the going rate but really?

Tim, from Sink, went directly to the source of the problems, had the necessary parts on hande and at the end of the job charged what could only be considered a VERY reasonable price, Time was professional, polite and was willing to communicate. I would use him 10 times over!!!!

It went fine both times. It only took a few minutes each time, and the problems were fixed.

Very disappointing experience with Tim and Gee. Did not complete primary repairs, sloppy workmanship, damaged home security system and security concerns. 1) After replacing whole house water pressure valve to no avail, left me on my own to call Delta for replacement parts to solve low pressure in kitchen water faucet. Will ultimately have to pay for yet another plumber to install these new parts, 2) Did not reconnect grounding wire after replacing garage water faucet (and they are an electrical contractor too!), 3) (Obviously) Damaged garage door contact for security system and then tried to deny culpability until I offered substantiating video from my home surveillance system, 4) Showed no respect for home and garage interiors, and 5) Management showed little to no interest in my valid security concerns. Lastly, in watching my home surveillance video I noticed that Gee in particular spent as much if not more time texting than he did working. No wonder for the sloppy workmanship, poor quality and lack of job completion. Would definitely not recommend.

They had to come out twice, but they fixed it. I suspect the pricing is about the same as other places, but I really don't know. Some businesses now are run by a person on a cell phone. The person doing the work is the office and you may or may not get them. They have an office that you call and schedule an appointment, so it's very convenient. They come when they say they're going to.

Good repair

Went extremely well and they were very east to work with for the entire job.

Well, checked everything out, asked questions about level of services needed and went to work quickly and efficiently. Checked all sinks, showers and toilets. Repaired kitchen sink plumbing and replaced faucets. Also replaced float tank unit and missing shower heads.

Went fairly well. Very responsive - came that day. Price was decent - they honored your coupon. Sink seems to have a slight delay in shutting off since work was done, but we just got used to it - the main problem was fixed.

Very smoothly. Plumber (Zach) was prompt, courteous and professional. Wore protective booties on his shoes and offered advice on possibilities of new toilets, fixing the ones we have and helped troubleshoot another issue. We were very pleased with the service and the price was fair and we had a coupon to boot.

Zach arrived on time, was very professional, and answered my questions.

Was a last min call and they scheduled right away. Thanks for the quick service.

It could not have gone better if I had planned it myself.
They came in at the last minute due to a cancellation (thank you whoever cancelled your service call!) and had everything done in a few hours. 
It went up a few dollars due to additional materials needed (more leaks/cracks were discovered as they were working) but nothing outrageous. It was still less than the $1600 quoted by another company. 
Sink Plumbing and Electric are going to be my permanent go-to for any other repairs I need.

Experience went very well from start to finish. I used the "Contact" feature through Angie's List to request scheduling, got a call the next day and set up a date and time. I forgot to mention I would be using the Angie's List coupon at that time. Representative showed up right on time this morning and got right to work after confirming the problem as reported in the ticket, and assured me that using the coupon was no trouble at all, he called it in and had its value subtracted from the invoice. After he finished his work, he verified the system was functioning correctly and then even cleaned up the floor and fixtures which saved me a lot of time and trouble later. Even if I hadn't had the coupon, the cost was still quite reasonable. He was courteous and professional throughout, did a great job and even offered guidance on what to watch out for in the future to avoid this issue. I highly recommend Sink Plumbing: job well done!
