Evan was super knowledgeable about the entire insurance process. I was a little skeptical at first due to Raven Roofing Solutions being a newer company but Evan explained he had been working with other roofing companies for the past 8 years. Evan really went to bat on my behalf against my insurance company. He was very friendly and took the time to explain the step by step insurance process. When the day of the build came, everything he promised me happened exactly like he said. The crew was on time and never stopped cleaning the entire time. Evan told me he was a certified installer with GAF and even gave me an enhanced warranty that covered my new roof for 50 years. After a storm caused a leak, I contacted several companies, but Evan was the only one who took the time to educate me beyond just the immediate issue. That level of care and transparency is rare. 5 STARS...Evan, the owner has been in the Roofing Industry for quite a while. As an Employee and a Rep before he went out on his own, Evan would go behind the install crews just to make sure there weren't any nails or screws left on the ground and pick them up himself if he found any. Who does this nowadays? Very few. I've dealt with Evan for many years and I NEVER have worry about a job not getting done right, or me having to fix something they missed like I've had to do so many times dealing with other Companies. I know that whatever job Raven Roofing does is going to be done right. That is Priceless when you're as busy as I get. A Big Relief!
