"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. " My friend just used this company to do work at there home. So it was a recommendation. They came out to give us a estimate first. The price was reasonable and they were able to show us there work off a ipad. Which impressed us. Very professional. There was no down payment. We were able to pay with our bank card when job was completed.
So with the recommendation on top of that from my friend, we went with them. They started the next day. The job was done in 1 day. We just have to wait for the county building inspector to come out to inspected it. It looks great and were very happy.

The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises. To correct the problem we hired someone else to correct the job.
