"We own a cottage in OBX but live in Virginia and were looking for someone in the area that would not try to scam me (as I found a few of those). I found Jason at Reigle Contracting and I am glad I did. We had our decks, windows/doors, and siding replaced on our cottage in Kitty Hawk. They were amazing to work with and were top notch. The decks are very sturdy and built with safety and style in mind. The windows/doors turned out better than we thought they would. The siding is beautiful. Along the way, Jason would let me know what issues he had and would call me to make sure I was informed of what he found and offered the proper way to fix it. We found we had a roof leak in several places and he took care of this for us. This outside of the original scope of work. He really does take care of his customers. The before and after photos are amazing! It looks like a totally different cottage! I wish he could come do some work on our home in Virginia! We love it and would definitely use and recommend Reigle Contracting again."

"The owner was prompt in responding to my special deal purchase and it was quick and easy to schedule our appointment. He showed up promptly, was was professional, thorough, and friendly. The gutters that met the coupon’s criteria were cleared. We are hiring again to clean the gutters that were higher (3-story) and more running feet than specified, and also to do wood rot repair around our home’s exterior that he noticed. The coupon was a good value for the work performed, and the quote on the additional work to be performed also is fair. "From the very first contact I made with Michael, he demonstrated expert knowledge of structural roofing repair and home improvement projects. He was very professional in his work and interactions with me. As soon as I called him, he spent at least 30 minutes speaking with me concerning his work experience and discussing the project that I was seeking assistance with. He quickly arranged to meet me at the home at a time convenient for me even though it meant close to an hour drive for him on a weekend. He was transparent in his business transactions, fairly estimating the cost of the project and providing documentation of costs. At each stage of this project, which involved demolition and rebuilding of the carport roof, Michael kept me updated via phone calls, text messages and email. He was very accommodating in doing additional work that I requested. He and his crew cleaned up the work area outside the home at the end of each day. The finished project was great. "I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"After setting a start date Mr. Hargrove failed to show up and sent someone who we never met to pick up the installment pay. He was not knowledgeable about the job he was contracted to do. The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises. To correct the problem we hired someone else to correct the job.
