"The owner was prompt in responding to my special deal purchase and it was quick and easy to schedule our appointment. He showed up promptly, was was professional, thorough, and friendly. The gutters that met the coupon’s criteria were cleared. We are hiring again to clean the gutters that were higher (3-story) and more running feet than specified, and also to do wood rot repair around our home’s exterior that he noticed. The coupon was a good value for the work performed, and the quote on the additional work to be performed also is fair. We would definitely recommend this company based on the work performed at this appointment."

HE has worked for us now for 25 YEARS. If you are wondering what kind of work this man does just drive by 1717 Bay Dr. KDH. He oversees Electrical work, plumbing work, a new concrete drive way, & Checks on our place. Keeps a key to our place. Michael is THE MOST DEPENDABLE CONTRACTOR at the OBX !!! If he does not do a good job for you I'll EAT MY HAT !!! HE IS A JACK OF ALL TRADES!"

"I would highly recommend this business. We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house. They scheduled the work right away. After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit. Mike offered to repaint those for free. During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood. They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done. Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with. I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"After setting a start date Mr. Hargrove failed to show up and sent someone who we never met to pick up the installment pay. He was not knowledgeable about the job he was contracted to do. The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises. To correct the problem we hired someone else to correct the job.

"We hired Aaron to fixed a door that we had installed ourselves but did not properly hang so the door scraped the bottom and often had screws falling out of the hinges. Aaron was super professional and narrowed down the issue with our door's alignment immediately. He fixed the door and it works so much better now. We should have hired him sooner! Great work! We will be using him in the near future!"
