A couple of minor missteps because of communications which could be taken care of by a decent outline of expectations. They put the customer in charge of draining and filling pool. I’ve had liner pools for 40 years and replaced at least 4 liners but I worried over what could happen if I drained the pool too early and was told to drain it dry (that doesn’t really happen). I was also told to fill the pool while it had wrinkles I worried but they were right. There were a few things in between that they could have been headed of with a decent outline of expectations. Overall I’m very happy but it was some unnecessary worry on my part. I would be happy to help them develop outline if they’re interested."
