He was very argumentative. He told me at least 3 times that I could hire someone else to do the job. Every time I tried to talk to him, He would over talk me.

Called same day. Showed up when he said he would. Rob went and got parts and fixed my issues same day. His repair was much more professional than the original install. Price was very reasonable. Rob is very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use him again.

My last Pool Company left me high and dry after Hurricane Florence and never came back. Matt was great. He did a deep clean and put in a new pool pump since mine was 24 years old. The pools not clean yet but it's getting there. He came back the next day and did another clean and chemical add. Great service, can't say enough!

I used several pool companies in the Cornelius area and was not satisfied with their customer service and quality of work. Matt successfully diagnosed and repaired some issues we were having with our pool equipment that the other companies could not. Matt's level of service and care for our pool is phenomenal. I highly recommend Escape Pool Cleaning!
