"I called Mr Etchison, a former MRI specialist with CONE, on rather an emergency basis..seems my water bill was 4 time higher than normal. Water, rather Ice was forming in my drive daily but not in neighbors, he pushed me up to second on his call for that day! He came and checked my water meter, it was still. He walked the grounds carefully, he was ready to go under the house, I said no, perhaps it was a leaky toilet. He tighten a new kit down, spent lots of time on it, talked a good bit with me and said he come back for free if it leaked. He was a gentleman and very helpful. What happened to nice men who come in a hurry. My bill? service charge only! Daniel Townsend"
