When I finally called they had no explanation as to why except they were running behind (appt was to be 10 - 12, I called at 4 p.m. so there was no call prior to give status.). Because I wanted the work done we scheduled for the next day. Once the technician came (40 minutes late) he looked and quoted. The quote was rather high, but again I just wanted the job done. He did do a great job installing the toilet and disposing of the old toilet so I would recommend the service, however the customer service and price were not as I hoped."

"We did a sewer video scoping. He ended up having to remove a toilet, cut a bolt and replace it to have a good access point. He didn't charged us extra for that, he was very through and even cleaned after he was done! He was also very reasonably priced and knowledgeable. We will be hiring him again for more work that will need to be done. Will definitely recommend him!"

"I called Mr Etchison, a former MRI specialist with CONE, on rather an emergency basis..seems my water bill was 4 time higher than normal. Water, rather Ice was forming in my drive daily but not in neighbors, he pushed me up to second on his call for that day! He came and checked my water meter, it was still. He walked the grounds carefully, he was ready to go under the house, I said no, perhaps it was a leaky toilet. He tighten a new kit down, spent lots of time on it, talked a good bit with me and said he come back for free if it leaked. He was a gentleman and very helpful.
