He resolved both quickly and efficiently. He was very nice, very direct with his approach and very reasonable. None of the gauging like big name companies. Highly recommend.

Ok, so I did call Tyler again. He fixed my main line (yesterday) and that same evening I was testing out all my drain lines…running the bath tub, running the sinks, and running the washing machine. Everything was draining great until I flushed the toilet; there was a little bit of water that came up from under it. So I called that evening to let him know about that and he came right back out the next day. It was my toilet, it needed to be reset, which he did and only charged me for that (and not an additional service call fee) since he had just been here the day before. I did tell him that I had put that toilet in by myself 2 years earlier and always questioned myself whether or not I did it right – he just smiled. Anyway, it’s been working fine ever since (2 months later) and YES, I would definitely recommend Tyler to everyone!

Well my problem started on a Saturday; while in the shower I noticed that all of a sudden the water was not draining out of the tub. When I got out of the tub, the water from the shower was coming out from under the toilet! My husband was out of town and I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t get to talk to my husband until later that evening and he said that the only thing I could do was to call somebody. So, not knowing who to call, I got out the phone book and called the famous RR company (that’s what I’ll call them for short) and the gal had the guy that serviced our area call me back. Well, I guess that since it was a Saturday night he really didn’t want to come out, because the price he quoted me was $500 to snake my main line and said that may not fix the problem anyway. So, for the next 2 days I called around to family, friends and neighbors and nobody knew of a plumber! By Monday, I finally had enough, I turned to Angie (which I should have done in the first place) and found a local plumber that had great reviews. However, after calling them and explaining my problem I was informed that it sounded like my main line had to be snaked and they didn’t do main lines, but they did refer me to Tyler.

I called Tyler right away and he came out the same day. I’d say within an hour after he got here he had my main line cleared of whatever was clogging it up. While he was here he even looked at, and fixed, a leak that I had on my dishwasher line and didn’t charge me any extra for that. This young man was extremely nice, very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me so that I understood what he was doing, and how things worked. He was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again!
