Wonderful, I had a conversation with Mr Etchison and he told me when he could come by to "look at" my problem. He did as he said and was able to take care of my repair while the same day. He spent more time than planned I think but wanted to make sure that my problem was fixed and that the fire hazard was removed. He to away all the trash, took away the old heater and left no reminders that he had been there but hot water Yeah!!! the Job was done right the first time!! Very professional but personal. I will call him again !!!!!

I have called on Mr. Etchison several times over the last year as I sold one home and moved into another. I have been consistently pleased with his responsiveness, service, and prices. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

JD brought a tech with him and serviced a leaking water connection. He went above and beyond the initial problem, replacing the water line, the float and all connections to the toilet. Will recommend him in the future.

I heard about Joseph's business from a co-worker at my company. when I reached out regarding my property issue he was able to fix the faucet leak and replace my regulator within 24 hours. The price was also reasonable in comparison to prior quotes I obtained prior to reaching out to him. I definitely will use his services in the future and highly recommend him to anyone in need.
