"I called this morning around 8:00 am, and a friendly woman named Tonya answered my call. (Several other places I called only had voice mails. I really appreciated being able to speak to someone right away about my issue.) She arranged to have a technician at my house within two hours. Doug, the technician called to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived promptly. He did a thorough check of the AC unit, and he explained everything he was doing to get it back up and running. He discovered that when the unit was first installed eleven years ago, a filter was left in the unit that should not have been left in it. It is in our attic crawl space, and no one has ever checked it, including several other AC service workers who have checked this unit in the past. That filter looked like a piece of cardboard, it was so dirty. Doug got everything back up and running. He was very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend this company. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

I was told the job would be started by agreed time and I was getting a phone call promptly and was continuously kept informed and explained everything in details and also answered all questions promptly and accurately.
