He couldn't get to me till the next day because his schedule was full, but offered some insight on what he thought the problem was and where to get the part I needed in town. I got the fan replaced and my unit is working like new. While I didn't use Tim's services, I can't say enough about his willingness to help. I'll certainly be using him in the future!"
