The owner Brian quickly responded and with a few photos of my old water heater he was able to give me a quote and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Also, they were able to answer any questions I had regarding the brands, capacity, and installation of my new water heater. The work done was very professional and clean. Excellent; came out and replaced same day; have used Brian for years and trust him. He is always very straightforward and honest; nice guy. Doesn't try to sell me what I don't need. Brought my water heater up to code; didn't even know it was out of code. Kept me informed about estimated arrival and completion time. Thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. Cleaned up after the installation. Pricing was fair. Wish he could cover all my plumbing needs. Will definitely use again, if the need arises.

We've use Brian W Long Plumbing Co initially because we had sewer line issues. After the great service we used them again to replace the sewer and water line. They do a great job explaining what's needed and making sure everything is taken care of. The inspectors had great things to say too. Hope not to need a plumber but if we did we would definitely call them again.

Brian was very responsive and honest about the repair. He took the time to educate me about the issue I was having with my toilet. I will definitely use him again!

He came by assessed the situation and quoted a very fair price. He told us when he would arrive and called 30 minutes before to verify he was on the way. He ran into some problems installing the heater because of the way the Builder had placed the old one. He found a solution which took more time and material. The heater was installed and he did no charge for the extra. We will only use Brian for plumbing service.

Brian has done several plumbing jobs for us at 3 different houses over the past few years. He is fantastic to work with - the quality of his work is top notch and his prices are very reasonable. Most recently, we asked him to replace a portion of our exterior drain. A previous scope of the drain (obtained during the due diligence period before we bought our home) had revealed what was thought to be a root ball from a large tree intruding into the drain. We asked Brian to come out and replace the section of the pipe in question. When he came out he ran the camera again and did not see any roots in the drain. A less honest person could have gone ahead and replaced a piece of the drain (we were convinced after seeing the results of the first scope that there was a problem) and charged us a hefty sum. But not Brian - he is not the kind of guy to try to talk you into something that you don't need or do work that is not required. He is a stand up guy who does great work for a fair price and will always be the person we call when we need a plumber!

Great. The work was done as promised and he hauled away my old dishwasher. I'm about to call them again to replace a cracked toilet and leaking bathroom faucets for me.
