Despite having some weather issues, the project was still completed on time and with a high level of quality. Robert kept me updated as to what was going on throughout the project. He seemed to genuinely care about my home, treated the area with respect, and cleaned up after himself throughout the project. After the project was completed, the interaction with Renee at the office to effect payment of the final invoice was straightforward and pleasant. He did not complain, find excuses, or involve me in the process. I gave him the items, and he put them together with no problem. He is very decently priced, which made the experience even better. He is friendly with a calm disposition, and he is a hard worker. In speaking, he told me he works in refrigeration and HVAC. As a single mother, I absolutely hate putting together big toys, so this has been a blessing for me.
