He explained the cost differences and listened to my needs, he never tried to upsell or convince me to go more expensive. I was able to schedule the work during the quote visit and it was within the same week! His father showed up on time and got to work with his team. They were even more courteous and friendly and respectful of my property and the fact I was working remote. They were so quick! My entire basement (over 1000 sqft) had the old insulation removed and new installed within 6 hours. They cleaned after completion and even removed my old ping pong table that needed a new home! "I like the product so far. It is insulation so I will not know the full effectiveness for awhile. Installation was fine.a little mess, but this a very messy product by nature. My biggest concerns were all related to customer service and communication. Promises to call me tomorrow really meant never. Sales side of the company and the install side did not coordinate effectively..so my install appt had to be rescheduled. When the e-billing came, there was nothing on the invoice allowing me to pay..no address, no phone#, No pay here button, etc. It was just clearly a company living in disorganization. Even the company truck had out of date license plates. I think the product will be good and the value is solid. Just be very clear in your communication expectations if you choose this company."

"Staff was very nice to work with. I had to schedule this around other work that had to be completed first and they were very understanding and flexible in getting the attic insulation scheduled. Excellent communication thru the whole process from estimate to installation. The insulation installers were on time and super nice and professional. It was 97 degrees (feels like was 106) the day the insulation was blown in the attic. They worked had, but safely and the finished product was great. It looked like a bed of clouds in my attic space. Reasonably priced as well. I will definitely call again for any insulation work needed."

"Wishing there were more stars to give to Newtonian's Renovation than the 5 offered! For their estimate for more attic insulation at our house they arrived on time and went into the attic and took photos to show my husband what we currently had and what their plan was to bring us up to the R49 level. My husband discussed with them his concerns about the baffles and the HVAC unit in the attic. This company listened and discussed w hubby what their plans were to fix any issues first so the extra insulation will do the job it is for which is to make the attic more energy efficient. When the workers came to do the job they cleaned up as they went along and let my husband know their progress and again took photos to show him what the end result looks like now.
