My entire basement (over 1000 sqft) had the old insulation removed and new installed within 6 hours. They cleaned after completion and even removed my old ping pong table that needed a new home! "I like the product so far. It is insulation so I will not know the full effectiveness for awhile. Installation was fine.a little mess, but this a very messy product by nature. My biggest concerns were all related to customer service and communication. Promises to call me tomorrow really meant never. Sales side of the company and the install side did not coordinate effectively..so my install appt had to be rescheduled. When the e-billing came, there was nothing on the invoice allowing me to pay..no address, no phone#, No pay here button, etc. It was just clearly a company living in disorganization. Even the company truck had out of date license plates. I think the product will be good and the value is solid. Just be very clear in your communication expectations if you choose this company."

"The reviews for Joseph and his company (Newtonian's Renovations LLC) were quite positive and we were very impressed with this young man. He went to the job site and saw what had to be done. He appeared to know what needed to be finished and he assured me that the job would pass inspection. On the 10th of July the building inspection came to make an inspection. The inspection failed. The belly liner had holes that had not been repaired and the insulate floor was missing. The vapor barrier was not complete and the inspection failed. i contacted Joseph and he said he would be back the following week. (week of July 11th) Joseph has not come back and he has not returned any of my phone calls. We are at a standstill and we can not go ahead until the crawl space passes inspection. Joseph has not called us at all and we really hate to have to hire somebody else to finish this job but it has been over three weeks since the failed inspection."

"Wishing there were more stars to give to Newtonian's Renovation than the 5 offered! For their estimate for more attic insulation at our house they arrived on time and went into the attic and took photos to show my husband what we currently had and what their plan was to bring us up to the R49 level. My husband discussed with them his concerns about the baffles and the HVAC unit in the attic. This company listened and discussed w hubby what their plans were to fix any issues first so the extra insulation will do the job it is for which is to make the attic more energy efficient. When the workers came to do the job they cleaned up as they went along and let my husband know their progress and again took photos to show him what the end result looks like now.
