Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. After meeting with him I decided to pull my accepted offer on the home and feel I have saved myself untold amounts of money, stress and frustration. Shower doors had excessive spacing and had to be reinstalled, so as not to leak on floor. The existing commode when reinstalled now leaks. Lance Read was called to repair but never showed up. The existing bathroom door has scars from demon. Molding both shoe and base not installed correctl. Shower no. 2 was even worse. When they left not finishing, his worker stole items from house. I have pictures and can/will invite anyone to see. This was the worse experience I have ever had in my life."
