"American citizens Chris and his son Eric bring timeliness and attention to detail. They did demo and install of two showers for us with several layers of waterproofing for the showers, a corner bench seat made with a cinder block foundation for the seat, a niche with 2 shelves, all installed because my 3 year old house had been built with the â newâ shower systems they are installing that use foam. They both had black mold starting and one was leaking! So if you have one of those â newâ shower tile systems and see mold on a seam that wonâ t go away, BEWARE! Chrisâ s attention to detail, like cutting very small pieces of tile to fill in the gap between the new shower doors and wall that looks great, to wrapping the tile around the shower door to the attached wall, which wasnâ t there with the original install, to suggesting a â greatâ rain shower head system, to going to Loweâ s with us to get the right materials, to helping us match a side splash for our new vanity top install, to staying on our project every day until it was finished. You can be confident Chris will complete your job with the highest professionalism and detail that only a many year veteran of installing tile can do! He made sure the tile was centered on the wall. He also will give you his opinion on the type of tile to pick and he changed my mind on what I thought was the â perfectâ pick once I heard his inputâ ¦and I am sooo glad I did. "Hire this company. If you have lived in Brunswick or New Hanover County for long you know how difficult it can be hiring anyone reputable and reasonable. These guys are the real deal. The insulation went flawlessly fast. I did my research on what was needed and I got exactly what I paid for. They solved a perplexing electrical issue. The night after installation my kitchen lights stopped working. They came back the next day and after hours of going through attic and switchâ s discovered that a security light on the far right pergola had gone bad. I had another one just in case. They put it up for me. No they didnâ t charge me. They said give them a good review. This is it. I am a veteran and I call it like I see it. Hire these guys. I am already finding more work for them."

"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. After meeting with him I decided to pull my accepted offer on the home and feel I have saved myself untold amounts of money, stress and frustration. I will definately be hiring this company in the future."

"Replaced shower and vanity in 1 bathroom, installed new cerimic tile in shower, bathroom floor. Vanity and tile covered over bathroom exesting vent. (wife takes cold shower when she ) . Shower doors had excessive spacing and had to be reinstalled, so as not to leak on floor. The existing commode when reinstalled now leaks. Lance Read was called to repair but never showed up. The existing bathroom door has scars from demon. Molding both shoe and base not installed correctl. Shower no. 2 was even worse. When they left not finishing, his worker stole items from house. I have pictures and can/will invite anyone to see. This was the worse experience I have ever had in my life."
