Excellent Customer Service!

The only complaint that I have is that they take a bit of time. It takes them a while. I could probably get it done cheaper somewhere but I prefer getting it done with them since I bought the cars there. I know they have had recalled items before and they've not always scheduled them. I've called to schedule them and they would say they are not scheduling anything at this time.

I had an issue after I had the car worked on. I noticed it before I pulled out of the lot. I called them up and they put me on hold. I ended up parking and walking back in and telling them what my issue was. They did resolve it quickly, but I just thought it was a little unprofessional to put me on hold and not picking up the phone.

Parts were a fair price, labor a little expensive, service was great!
