Clean Sweep started as a seasonal cleaning company, however, I am happy to announce we are cleaning full time now and all year round. I do specialize in detail cleaning. We offer deep clean, which consist of every thing from the ceiling to the floor. All woodwork, baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, and even windows if you like! You might just need a regular clean, which consist of cleaning all surfaces, dusting mopping etc. No job is to big or to small. So please make the call; we do it all. Satisfaction guaranteed. I called Ms. Price and asked for an emergency clean as I had family coming for the week of the fourth. She adjusted her schedule to help me out. Prior to their arrival I had painting and drywall work done. The house was a terrible mess and everything was covered in drywall dust. Despite the significant mess they managed to throughly clean everything. They cleaned blinds, baseboards etc. They now clean my house on a weekly basis.

We had Ms. Price clean our newly purchased house before we moved in. 2100 sqft. She and her helper did a wonderful job of cleaning the WHOLE house. They cleaned everything. The house including the bathrooms sparkled. She was very responsive, gave me a wonderful price and advised us of a few issues with the house that we had not noted on inspection. I was extremely pleased and would use her services again.sparkle

Incredible! The amount of detail Clean Sweep provides far exceeds expectations. They met with me the day before the service was to be provided, walked through, and let me know about everything ahead of time. They did an amazing job, cleaning corners of the house I didn't know people could clean.

I was very pleased how diligently she and other worker worked. As discussed prior to appointment, she took minimal breaks, stayed focused and on task. She did not chit chat as is often the case. Kathy walked into the house and did a walk through to get the layout. She told me her plan. Then they began their tasks immediately. I highly recommend her if you need a deep clean, especially a move out or move in clean.

I was so pleased! Kathryn, Bianca and Maurice showed up and deep cleaned my entire home in 4 hours. They worked fast and did a very thorough job. They were polite, professional and so kind. I will definitely be using Kathryn on a regular basis!

Katherine and her assistant were great. They showed up on time and reviewed their cleaning process before starting. They worked from back to front and top to bottom and were very methodical in their cleaning. They pointed out new house flaws for us to add to our punch list (some were one's we had not noticed) and recommended both what to use as well as what not to use on our wood floors and granite countertops. Katherine was very good at keeping track of the actual time they worked in our very large (3200 square foot) one-story home. They did a very thorough job in just a little over four hours and my wife and I were both pleased. We will be using Katherine on a regular basis!

Overall the experience was acceptable. Only issues had to do with time management. Had to adjust my schedule due to late arrival and work suffered a little at the end of the day.

"Hello. Was just wondering if maybe you found your medicine bottle that you claim was stolen. You told me you actually lost a kitten in your house for four days. By the way I usually dont bring trash bags to cleaning jobs. I didnt know it was going to take two hours just to shovel kitty litter and poop out of your master bath tub. You never emptied it; just kept piling more litter and more litter on top of the poop. Maybe you called me because your tub was full of months of cat poop. Wow I really didnt know I would need a couple of large boxes of extra large lawn and leaf bags just to pick up all the trash and kitty poop in your house, just so we could get to a point that we could possibly clean it. The smell was incredibly awful. I just dont know how any human could possibly live in such conditions. You are terribly mistaken about what you think you might have paid me. It certainly wasnt $900.00. Of course it should have been at least $2000.00-$2500.00. I burnt up 4 vacuum cleaners in your house, maybe 5. I suppose your house is maybe 10 to 20 years old and I dont think you have ever vacuumed it ever! I certainly understand you getting upset about furnishing the trash bags for the job since you didnt have any and had to go to the store and buy them. hat do you need trash bags for you just throw every thing on the floor; and I mean every thing, trash,kitty poop unwanted food,etc. I just dont understand how any human being could live in such terrible conditions such as you. I suppose you have just adjusted to the smell; however it burned my nose hair....I should have called animal control to come and get those 12 or 14 cats living in your house (of course if they could even find them through all the trash and clutter) because the way you live is disgusting and very unsanitary even for animals. (I might still give them a call). Im certain you are still living in those same conditions; to old to change now after living your whole life that way. I will pray for you and all of your 14plus cats.In all reality I left your house with you owing me well over $1500.00. Should have listened to that little voice that said walk away, walk away, (actually it said RUN,RUN,RUN away as fast as you can) you dont want to take this job. Needless to say I always listen to that little voice today......."

Kathryn and her helper were wonderful. I hired her to clean my parents' house, which was quite a tough job. She did an amazing job, was highly professional and was as kind and sweet as she could be. Both my parents are elderly with physical conditions that don't allow them to clean like they normally would want. They (as well as I) very much appreciated Kathryn's hard work. professionalism and sweet spirit. I would highly recommend Kathryn and her company any day.

Kathryn shows up on time, sometimes she even comes a little early which is great. She and Maurice clean the house from top to bottom. She uses good cleaning products and good equipment like her new Shark vaccum. They always ask questions if in doubt about anything instead of just assuming and doing it their way. They are very accommodating regarding scheduling around our trips out of town. The house looks and smells great when they leave.

I recently found out that several members of my extended family were arriving the following week. Being a busy self employed bachelor I was both delighted and dismayed by the news. Kathryn Price of Clean Sweep arrived with her crew promptly at 10AM and before I could even identify certain trouble spots they spread out and attacked the dirt like a 'white tornado'.
I had arranged for the specialty "deep cleaning" and took off to get some work done myself. When I returned a few hours later, I was literally stunned by the outcome. Even today, a few weeks later I am discovering clean places where I would never have cleaned myself.
A convert, I arranged for Kathryn and her crew to come in every few weeks to maintain the level of cleanliness ...even though I keep up with most things better now that I have seen how good it can get!

The crew arrived on time at an hour convenient for my schedule. Little explanation was required as she understood already what was required to make the property revenue-ready. The cleaning of appliances was particularly demanding but her crew made them look like new. She even took linens to her home to launder and place on beds! I paid extra for some window cleaning and the work was done well and worth the money spent. Kathryn and her co-worker are friendly and courteous and obviously experienced. I would not hesitate to use her service in the future and I recommend her highly.

I made the appointment and called a few days ahead of time to confirm. She forgot about the appointment but was able to make it. I was her first AM appointment, scheduled at 9am and she arrived at 9:45am after I called to see where she was. At first appearance, I was pleased. The house smelled wonderful and clean. However, I do not know what she used on the chair rails/walls to wipe them down, but I still have a noticeable long white mark in my dining room. She told me about it when she was leaving and I honestly forgot about it until later that day when I noticed how bad it was. I've cleaning that mark 3-4 times and it is now better. But having burgundy walls, the area was large and very noticeable. Also, after they left, I walked around and inspected further. My bedroom had dust collected in all the corners. I was specific to her that I wanted extra attention spent on the woodwork and floors, so this was very disappointing. Although my bathroom was ok, the other two in my home were not cleaned very well either.
I need another cleaning service next week and I have hired a different service. I also think for $225, they should not be taking breaks to go outside and smoke.

They arrived on time; Three workers and went right to work. Baseboards that could be reached were cleaned. Cabinet doors in one bath and kitchen were not cleaned. dust was left on living room fan blades, very visible although they used blade brush. Dust left on other items, doorbell chime and wall speakers were left untouched; After cleaning, toilet plunger was left on carpet in bedroom and toilet brush and holder were left on back of toilet; many items were left where they had moved them to clean under or around them, not put back in place. I found dust balls under a living room chair that had been moved and not replaced and also the living room floors were not fully mopped. The group did not bring some supplies they needed for cleaning so they used my supplies and cleaning tools.
All in all, I was very disappointed. I did not get a discount for selecting them from Angies List which the ad said I would and then to find that my house was not near as clean as I had expected for a deep clean.

Called Kathryn Sunday afternoon and she was able to work me in Monday morning. Was a bit late but called to let me know. Had to use more bleach than she anticipated in order to get the main bathroom clean. She put in the effort to get everything clean and I would recommend Clean Sweep if you want to make sure it was as clean as humanly possible. One thing I had no idea was that Kathryn told me that a steam cleaner can do a very good job of cleaning grout around floor tile if grout cleaners can't. Who would of thought?
