INCOMPETENT, DESTRUCTIVE, DISHONEST -- Stone interiors, LLC installed quartz countertops in my kitchen in January of this year. This company is so incompetent that they literally ruined the $3,477.50 product I paid for. In addition, they damaged a $2000 console and refuse to admit liability. I tried working with them regarding the countertops and gave them multiple opportunities to correct the work they'd done, but every time someone came out, they just made it worse! They couldn't get the seams right and left adhesive/epoxy all over the place. They sent someone out to try and correct that issue, and he manually sanded certain areas, which altered the actual surface of the material so it's horribly streaked and inconsistent. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!

NEGLIGENT, IRRESPONSIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL! Stone Interiors damaged our garage door while the workers were downloading one of the larger countertop pieces off their truck hitting our garage door and leaving a dent. They REFUSE TO REPAIR DAMAGE DONE BY THEIR CARELESSNESS. They asked for someone to come and give us an estimate on the repair ( which we provided). The cost of a replacement was $1468.88. Despite my attempts to talk to the owner Duane Naquin, and leaving several messages (both via email and phone) with Katrina and Dale Jones and sending emails asking for them to simply fix the damage at their cost, he never responded. Dale stated in an email sent to us on Sept. 24th "After speaking with management, Stone Interiors does not feel as if we are responsible for the damage that occurred to your garage door. We are willing to contribute to the repair or replacement of the door. Stone Interiors will contribute $250.00 towards the repair or replacement of the garage door." We asked them not to send the money since they still made us responsible for the remainder of the cost to get it fixed; instead we offered them to send someone who can fix the dent for the $250 (or less). We explained that we will be satisfied with that as long as the door looks like it did before their workers damaged it. THEY NEVER RESPONDED, not did they take accountability for their WRONGDOING and NEGLIGENCE. WE HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH A $1468.88 DAMAGE AND THEY DID NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL OR EMAIL US BACK TO TRY AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Went through home depot for my kitchen countertops with was actually a smooth process. During installation the techs got adhesive all over my brand new dishwasher. The adhesive ripped off all the stainless. Techs admitted it was their fault and management would pay. After 3 months of back and forth the owner said I was lying and would not pay. Cost me $600 dollars out of pocket to fix. Never use they are the most disrespectful and shady company i've ever used.

Service technicians were well prepared and switched out a broken sink for a new one without trouble. No damage was done to the wall or existing granite countertop. We disconnected the plumbing fixtures ourselves before the job was started.

Everything from start to finish was great. Staff was nice, prompt and responsive to calls. I was able to pick out my quartz at their facility and, though they are quite a distance away from me, it was worth the trip. The installation people were very nice, friendly and professional. The job done was excellent. They advised me I needed to buy new faucets which likely saved me time when the plumber comes to rehook up water, etc.

The experience with Stone Interiors was first rate. They are out in the country, a short distance to travel, but well worth it. They have a very large inventory of stone and not only could we choose the pattern but we also were able to choose the slab. The sales person was helpful and professional as were the installers who arrived on time, as scheduled, and installed the 2 countertops without any problems. We would recommend this company whole-heartedly, and have already.

They were very gracious and helped immensely in the selection of the new countertops back splash and even the grout.  We were very particular.  We scheduled the work but the week before due to some personal issues we needed them to start later.  They shifted tier schedules and we were able to start 2 days later.  The Guys who did the work were wonderful All was done in a day.

The job looked great!

Salesman in the office was extremely helpful and friendly.  I was looking for remnants because of the size needed for the bathrooms.  He showed me hundreds to choose from.  Someone came out to the house and measured and within a day I received an e-mail with an estimate.  I in turn e-mailed him back and he put my name on the products chosen and gave me a date for installation.  I in turn took him a down payment and within two weeks the vanities were installed. They came when they promised and that's always a plus.  The vanities are beautiful. I did have a few cracks in the old tile attached to the cabinets because of the countertop removal, but that could not be avoided and caulking makes it not an issue.  I am very pleased with Stone Interiors and plan to use them on another bathroom in the future.

Some of the work was really sloppy and the installers were quite rude.  I would not use them again or recommend them to my friends and family.

Two weeks after the measurements, Darren and John came to my house and installed new granite countertops with under mount stainless steel sink.  It took them 3 hrs to complete the installation with a very clean kitchen.   John and Darren are very professional and knowledegable with their works.  They answered all my questions and gave me all advice about granite countertops, backsplash and kitchen cabinets.
There was a small issue that we found out during the installation.  The hole to mount soap bottle was drilled on a wrong side of the faucet, it was drilled on the right side instead of the left side of the faucet.  I called Steve and discuss with him about the issue.  Steve came up with the idea to install a button for garbage disposal on the right side and drill another hole for soap bottle on the left side of the faucet.  Darren and John already left my place but they came back in the evening on a same day to drill a new hole for soap bottle.  Finally, everything works out perfectly and I am very pleased with the results.

They did a wonderful job. While they're located in Gaston, they were able to come down to Charleston. We worked out to where it'd be convenient for either myself or my son to be at the home when the workers were there. They were very accomodating.

Measured existing counter top for the selected granite. The guy who measured took quite  few mesurements but did not make a template. When contractor notified provider that the cabinets were ready for the granite the two man crew came at the time they said. They prepared the surface of cabinets to accept the granite. Due to the age of this house there were some issues getting the correct overhang because the old walls are not plumb nor square. The installers worked the counter top and got all joints very close to perfect. (Seams are hard to find) The only issue was the last piece of counter did not fit perfectly square with pantry wall. We had not optioned for a 4 inch backsplash so the installers suggested that the contractor use molding to correct the discrepancy. This was not acceptable to the wife so they scheduled for the installer to return and remedy the defect with an epoxy mix. This turned out to be an acceptable solution and the defect is not noticeable. We were very pleased with Stone Interiors and if asked would recommend them to others considering stone work. They were curteous, prompt, and cleaned the area of any messes they made.

I first contacted Stone Interiors at the end of June. They answered all my questions about selecting and purchastinng granite countertops and immediately set up a measure. In order to assure prompt service, Slade fit the measure in at the end of his work day but took the time needed for the measure and answered my questions. He was professional, knowledgable, and polite. We then visited the showroom twice, working with Tiffany and Steve. They gave us samples to take home and look at within the rooms where the granite would be installed. I called them a few times with questions. When I was ready to move forward, I made a 50% down payment. They wanted to do the install two weeks out, which I thought was quick. I was having carpet and tile installed that week also and requested as early in the week as possible. Mike called to say they would like to come Monday morning at 9:30 - first appt of the week. We were thrilled!  On Friday before the install, we got a reminder call and the amount of the remaining balance due at the completion of the install. Tiffany, Steve and Mike were completely helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
The installeers, Adam and Patrick, arrived this morning at 9:15, calling ahead to let us know they were on their way.  They, too, offered knowledge, professional, and were very polite and considerate. They introduced themselves and got straight to work. It was obvious they are experienced in their trade and they were also personable. And they kept the work areas clean and neat all along. Everything fits great! We are very impressed with them and the product.  We were told the install would be a half-day and it was. Adam asked us to inspect the work and sign off, which we did, and then gave final payment. Our new granite countertops are beautiful! The price for the work was a good bit less than the other bids we received.
We highly recommend Stone Interiors and would use them again in the future.
